Training is by far the most crucial element in the development of an athlete. At Pro Stars we have a philosophy and a practical approach that makes it possible for a player to reach his or her highest goals.

Training Methods


In Canadian sport, experts have identified seven stages of development, each with its own physical, mental, emotional, and cognitive characteristics. This is the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model, and it’s the basis for the optimal training and competition kids need to enjoy sport the most and perform their best.

In essence, by starting earlier and training according to their development levels, children develop into better, healthier athletes. If you are ready to commit to long term development as an athlete, the first step is participating in a skills assessment for your age level.

We user several advanced coaching and training technologies to assess, measure, and track development levels across all 4 areas. Players get guidance at a very granular level.

Based on their individual strengths and weaknesses, they will have different exercises and drills to work on, and as they develop further, that training develops with them to continue to push them to grow.

With a structured plan, players literally have a roadmap with checkpoints along the way to keep them on track.
